By expanding electronic lodgement and introducing automated registration, we’ve reduced average registration times from 12 days in 2017 to just 5 days in 2025, improving turnaround for both industry and the community.Â
The move to digital plan lodgement and the migration of SAILIS to the cloud have also increased resilience, boosted performance, and delivered greater reliability for all users.Â

We continue to lead the way in eConveyancing, with over 94% of property dealings now lodged electronically – saving time, reducing paperwork, and improving accuracy. Â
Our Fast Track service provides an expedited registration option for urgent transactions, while the Premium Consulting Service gives professionals access to expert advice, reducing errors and holding costs.Â
