With the introduction of Electronic Conveyancing in July 2016, the Duplicate Certificates of Title is no longer issued or required for lodgment by Land Services SA. The original land title is stored electronically with Land Services SA, with copies (required for various building approvals etc) available for purchase through www.sailis.lssa.com.au.
